This project was realized at the request of the client to sell the property for 2.2 million dollars.
Challenge
They contacted us for this project with the aim of improving the property in order to sell it. This apartment is valued at $2.2 Million, with oceanfront views in Miami Beach. Our client was going to make use of the apartment seasonally while he was selling it, so after a first interview he decided to work with us for we gave him all our professionalism, confidence and timing in the execution.
Value
The apartment was empty with white walls and no furniture, so we decided to provide warmth to the property using textures on the main wallpaper as well as on the furniture. Appropriate tones were searched for each room using feng-shui according to the orientation of each room. The idea of home staging was that when future buyers arrived at the apartment they would feel the lifestyle they were looking for, that is because in addition to the furniture and the different textures the rooms were decorated causing a feeling of well-being and warmth to potential buyers in your visit.
