This project was carried out at the client's request due to his desire to sell the property for 2.2 million dollars.
Challenge
We were contacted for this project with the aim of improving the property in order to sell it. It is an apartment valued at 2.2 M$ with endless sea views in Miami Beach. Our client was going to use the apartment seasonally since he was not living there while selling it, so after an initial interview he decided to work with us since we gave him all our professionalism, confidence and speed in the execution.
Value
The apartment was empty with white walls and no furniture, soWe decided to provide warmth to the property by using textures in the wallpaper on the main walls as well as in the furniture. Appropriate tones were chosen for each room using feng-shui according to the orientation of each room. The idea of the home staging was that when future buyers arrived at the apartment they would feel the lifestyle they were looking for, which is why, in addition to the furniture and the different textures, the rooms were decorated, creating a feeling of well-being and warmth for potential buyers when they visited.
