Development of several apartments in new building in the financial district of Miami
Description
Development and planning of several apartments in this new building, as well as the design of several collections of personalized wardrobes, helping on various occasions in the sale of some of these new apartments.
The rooms were all made in a different way, the furniture all in natural woods and the designs were very exclusive and personal. The sofas were set in fabrics with aqua clean treatments, but above all we highlight the amount of furniture as they were made. A bar cabinet with a ceramic top that matches the TV base all in satin lacquer, a desk with a lifting top and the cabinets. The use of wallpaper made the furniture stand out much more. Browns, grays, chocolates and beige were the tones that occurred the most.
Cabinets and furniture exclusive design
Special mention must be made of the large collection of cabinets that were made for one of the units, providing solutions to make the client decide to buy this apartment; since the new owner had a lot of clothes and 500 pairs of shoes and came from a much bigger house. Here special cabinets with compartments for shoes, clothes, office and everything the client needed were made. We managed to take advantage of the wide corridor to insert a fully integrated two-height wardrobe, achieving an incredible space that was very well used.
Custom wardrobe
Another wardrobe with a versatile design in a finish combining wood and glossy lacquer was perfectly integrated into the living room, matching the sideboard and the TV cabinet. At NR Interior design we are specialized in integral spaces, so we love great and successful challenges.
