Description
Spectacular loft in Madrid for rent. Renovated and carefully designed premises to achieve a cosy and homogeneous home. This designer loft is designed in neutral tones. Its owners acquired it as an investment to rent it out and to get the most out of the space.
As it was previously a commercial premises, it was possible to play with the double height of the ceilings, leaving a night area on the upper part and the day and social area on the lower part.
In the bedroom, two pieces of furniture were made to measure, one to leave clothes, suitcases and bags at the bottom of the stairs and the other a chest of drawers with a visible back, as it can be seen from below. Also, a storage box was placed under the bed to store both bedding and textiles.
In the social area we find 3 very different areas, an office where to work framed by the staircase with an industrial character, a living room with large paintings and a dining room highlighted by the wallpaper that embraces it together with the large walk-in closet.
The predominant color is gray and natural wood to give warmth to the entire room.
It was a complete success as it is currently rented and the owners were delighted with our work.
