Description
Spectacular loft for rent in Madrid. Renovated and designed down to the last detail to create a cozy and cohesive home. This designer loft is designed in neutral tones. Its owners bought it as an investment to rent it out and maximize the space.
Since it was previously a commercial space, it was possible to play with the double-height ceilings, leaving a night area on the upper level and the day and social area on the lower level.
In the bedroom, two custom-made pieces of furniture were made: one to store clothes, suitcases, and bags at the top of the stairs, and the other a chest of drawers with a visible back, as it can be seen from below. A storage shed was also placed under the bed to store both bedding and textiles.
In the social area, we find three very distinct areas: an office where you can work, framed by the industrial-style staircase, a living room with large paintings, and a dining room highlighted by the wallpaper that embraces it along with the large walk-in closet.
The predominant color is gray and natural wood, giving warmth to the entire room.
A complete success as it is currently rented and the owners were delighted with our work.
